Why we exist

Most technology problems are not hard to diagnose. They are hard to finish. A recommendation needs someone to implement it. An inherited system needs someone who understands why it was built the way it was. A prototype needs someone who has run software in production.

Farley Tech exists to be that someone: a small, senior team that understands the business problem and takes ownership of the technical work of solving it, from the first conversation through production and beyond.

Start from the outcome.
We begin with what the business needs to accomplish and work backward. The technology follows from that, not the other way around.

Choose the simplest thing that works.
AI is sometimes the right answer. Often a clean integration, a better workflow, or a small internal tool does more. We recommend what will hold up.

We build what we recommend, deploy it, and stay accountable for how it behaves once real people depend on it.

Dr. Thais Campos Farley

Chief Executive Officer

Thais leads strategy at Farley Tech and the integration of AI and software into how client businesses operate.

She holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University. Her career spans robotics development in industry and academia and operations consulting at McKinsey, with a focus on automation, machine learning, and AI-driven decision-making.

She is also active in STEM outreach, helping future engineers and business leaders connect theory to real-world applications.

Dray Farley

Chief Technology Officer

Dray leads engineering at Farley Tech, from system architecture through production operations.

He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Cornell University and has designed and built high-performance software systems at TikTok, Bloomberg, and other major technology companies. His experience spans full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, and integrating machine learning models into production.

Dray also serves as a reservist in the U.S. Air Force.
