She holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and has worked at the forefront of automation, machine learning, and AI-driven decision-making. Her career spans robotics development and consulting at McKinsey.
With a passion for education and mentorship, Dr. Farley also engages in STEM outreach, helping the next generation of engineers and leaders bridge the gap between theory and real-world AI applications.
Dray Farley
CTO
Dray Farley is the CTO of Farley Tech, where he leads development of scalable software architectures, AI-driven solutions, and data-powered applications.
Dray holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Cornell University and has worked at TikTok, Bloomberg, and other major tech firms designing high-performance systems and integrating machine learning into production.
Beyond his technical expertise, Dray also serves in the U.S. Air Force Reserve. His unique background enables him to craft efficient, business-driven tech solutions that deliver real value.
